A Marker.io alternative that starts free
Marker.io is built to send bug reports into the tools developers already use: Jira, Linear, GitHub, GitLab, Trello and more. Its Team plan adds session replay, console logs and network requests to every report. Starter costs $39 a month billed yearly, or $59 billed monthly, for 3 users, after a 15-day trial.
FeedbackHive is built the other way around. The task board is the product, so clients report on the site and your team triages, assigns and closes work in the same place. If your developers live in Jira, Marker.io is probably the better fit. If you want one simple place for client feedback, read on.

When Marker.io is the better choice
Your developers work in Jira, Linear or GitHub
Marker.io sends each report straight into the tracker, and Team adds two-way issue sync. FeedbackHive keeps tasks in its own board and has no tracker integration.
You debug from session replay and logs
Team attaches session replay, console logs and network requests to reports. FeedbackHive has no session replay.
Internal QA prefers an extension
Marker.io's browser extension lets your own team report from any page without touching the site's code.
You need enterprise controls
Business adds SAML single sign-on, audit logs, sensitive data masking and admin roles. FeedbackHive does not offer SAML single sign-on.
You are a small agency that qualifies for the Agency plan
Eligible agencies get 15 members, 50 active projects and 50 guests for $129 a month, or $99 billed yearly. Conditions apply.
What FeedbackHive does differently
A free plan, not a trial
The Free plan gives one person 1 project, no collaborators, 100 feedback items a month, with no trial period. Marker.io has a 15-day trial and no free plan.
The board is the destination
Reports land as tasks with status, priority, assignee and group, next to the project's notes. No second tool is needed to track the fix.
No page-view meter
Paid plans cap projects and collaborators, not page views. Basic includes unlimited feedback items.
Feedback from outside the browser
Clients who will not open a widget can use a shareable feedback form, or on Pro, send a WhatsApp message that the agent turns into a task.
Lower monthly price for a small team
Basic is $29 a month for 3 people per project. Marker.io Starter is $59 a month billed monthly for 3 users. On yearly billing the gap narrows: $468 a year against $290.
What FeedbackHive does not do
- No SAML single sign-on.
- No Jira, Trello, Linear, Asana, Monday.com or Slack integration. Tasks stay in FeedbackHive; the REST API and MCP server are the way to connect other tools.
- No browser extension. Reviewers use the widget installed on the site, or a shareable feedback form.
- No custom branding on any public plan: the widget and portal always show FeedbackHive.
- No session replay.
Frequently asked questions
