Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using FeedbackHive, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, and able to enter into a binding contract to use FeedbackHive. If you use the service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization to these terms.

Accounts and security

• You are responsible for the activity that occurs under your account.
• You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials confidential.
• Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.

Acceptable use

• Do not use the service for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service.
• Do not upload content that infringes the rights of others or violates applicable law.

Your content

You retain ownership of the content you submit to FeedbackHive. You grant us a limited license to host, store, and process that content solely to provide and improve the service. You are responsible for the content you submit and for ensuring you have the rights to share it.

Subscriptions and payment

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with reasonable advance notice, and continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the new fees.

Termination

You may stop using the service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms or use the service in a way that may cause harm. Upon termination, your right to use the service ends immediately.

Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FeedbackHive and its providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from your use of the service.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of France, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of France.
